Reception: This point is where you can register and ask for help, and obtain receipt for any payment you make.

Tariffs: Rates are very competitive and include continental breakfast and V.A.T inclusive (Government Levy).
A deposit at check in time of usually one night or more depending on the duration of stay is obligatory.
Bookings will be confirmed on payment by deposit of one night in full or a written guarantee covering the no show commitment.
The deposit is not refundable in case of no show or cancellation within twenty four (24) hours, to the date of arrival.


Safes: At your disposal kindly ask the cashier.

Valuables: The hotel will only be held responsible for Jewels, valuables, deposited in the Hotel box safe.

Breakfast: Can be served from 5:30 am in your room and from 7:00 am to 10:00 in the Restaurant.

Meals in your room: Additional charge of 15 percent

Telephone: The telephone set in your room can be used as well for the service as for your outside calls, kindly read the explanatory notice.

Laundry: Clothes given before 9.00 am will be returned the next day morning.

Departure:
Room has to be vacated at 10:00 am. However, if this time is not sufficient to you, you are kindly requested to inform the receptionist and the utmost will be done to give you satisfaction.
